Parenting and the teen years come with new challenges—and big feelings—for everyone.

What teens wish their parents understood
How parents can show curiosity, care, and support—even when they’re unsure what to ask
Who teens feel comfortable talking to and what helps them feel supported
Breakout Conversations
Teens and parents will have separate breakout spaces to reflect, share, and learn in age-appropriate, supportive environments led by a therapist and parent educator.
Presenters: Andrew Worthing, LMFT, Therapist
Katrine Nau-Jackson, Parent Educator
