DESCRIPTION:Tri-CAP’s Rebuilding Lives Program \nRebuilding Lives offers case management support and financial assistance for individuals and families who have lost their primary source of income due to divorce\, separation/fleeing a relations\, death or disability of a spouse and are the primary homemakers providing care for their home and children. \nThrough support from a self-sufficiency counselor\, participants gain the knowledge\, skills\, and confidence necessary to become more self-sufficient. \nTriCAP serves households in Benton\, Chisago\, Isanti\, Kanabec\, Kandiyohi\, Pine\, Stearns\, Sherburne\, and Wright Counties. It can show up as constant exhaustion\, brain fog\, irritability\, or just feeling “blah” about things you used to care about.\nThe cure?
