Meet with the Economic Assistance Program Navigator one-on-one at the Family Resource Center. \n3rd Wednesday of the month from 2:30pm-5:30pm at the Family Resource Center.\nWalk ins welcome or set up an appointment. \nContact Shari Ley at shari.ley@mainstreetfamilyservices.org or call 763-595-1420 to schedule a time to meet. \nPlease bring the following to your meeting: \nProof of Identity (driver’s license\, passport\, etc.)\nProof of Residency (driver’s license\, bill\, etc.)\nProof of Income (pay stubs\, bank statements\, etc.)\nOther documentation which provides information regarding your income and financial status\, including assets.
