DESCRIPTION:Tri-CAP’s Rebuilding Lives Program \nRebuilding Lives offers case management support and financial assistance for individuals and families who have lost their primary source of income due to divorce\, separation/fleeing a relations\, death or disability of a spouse and are the primary homemakers providing care for their home and children. \nThrough support from a self-sufficiency counselor\, participants gain the knowledge\, skills\, and confidence necessary to become more self-sufficient. \nTriCAP serves households in Benton\, Chisago\, Isanti\, Kanabec\, Kandiyohi\, Pine\, Stearns\, Sherburne\, and Wright Counties.
